Shipping Policy
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
Shipping & Delivery Issues Any shipping or delivery issue — including lost, missing, or damaged packages — must be reported within 14 days of the order date. Please contact us at https://intimacymedical.com/contact/ so we can assist you.
International Shipping We ship internationally. International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the order total and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.
Canceled Orders If an order is canceled after it has already shipped, the customer is responsible for applicable processing and return shipping fees.
